Departure is only possible from 07 - 11:30 am.
An extension of the travel time is only possible by arrangement and regulation. If the pitch is not vacated by 11:30 a.m., we must charge an additional night.
Arrival is only possible from 3 - 8 pm.
Before you are allowed to drive in (register at reception, sign registration form, pay, license plate must be registered), only then will the barrier open.
Each pitch is registered in our booking program. An earlier arrival is unfortunately not possible. If you wish to arrive in the morning, you must book one night earlier.
Payment for just one overnight stay is made in cash on arrival.
If you are staying more than one night, you are welcome to settle your bill by 8 pm the evening before.
Cash and EC payments are accepted.
We do not have bicycles for hire. It is approx. 3.5 km to the exhibition grounds, many people bring their own bicycles or walk.

Public transport (bus) is only available in the industrial area (approx. 1 km away), but at weekends and at night there are no suitable times for the return journey.
Our campsite is suitable for families.
There are 2 playgrounds (at the hotel / beer garden and at the beach).
Soccer pitch, volleyball court, table tennis table and in-ground trampoline.
Parents are responsible for their children, especially when using the playgrounds.
In any case, we require a declaration of consent from each person's parents with name/address/telephone number and signature.
No larger groups are permitted.
The night's rest must be observed at all times.
Guests under the age of 16 will not be accepted.
Dogs are allowed on a lead and may also enter the water (on a lead).
We have designated the left-hand area of the bathing area for this purpose.
Of course, the utmost consideration must be shown (towards children and other bathers).
We are more of a family campsite than a campsite for groups of teenagers. Our site is simply too small for that.
We do not accept larger youth groups. Unfortunately, there have always been disputes in the past, which we don't want as a family-friendly campsite.
We are located on the outskirts of Hanover and are part of the city of Laatzen.
There is a very good car connection: Our proximity to the A7 and the Messeschnellweg, which leads to Hanover.
There is a public transport connection (bus line 348) about 1 km away, but this does not have suitable travel times at weekends and at night for the return journey.
It is approx. 3.5 km to Laatzen or the trade fair grounds, from where suburban trains run to Hanover.

Reception is open daily from 08:00 -13:00 and 15:00 -20:00.
Entry to the campsite is only possible with the license plate number (license plate recognition).
07:00-13:00 and 15:00-23:00
During the rest periods between 13:00-15:00 and 23:00-07:00, entry and exit is not possible.
Please drive at walking pace (10 km/h).
Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before arrival, after that 50% will be charged.
On the day of arrival or in case of no-show 80% will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. bad weather, illness etc.). The fees are also payable for the days not used.
We are open all year round. However, we reserve the right to close between December and January.
Wifi is available around the reception/restaurant (Telekom).
